DISNEY // Villains of Valley View // Title Sequence
Disney once again partners with MAKINE, this time to create a title sequence for their new comedy series Villains of Valley View.
Thinking
The challenge was to create a striking sequence without access to footage or photography. Based on these parameters, we decided to conceptualize a title around the Villains’ individual powers and this gave us the ability to visually connect the characters to the title sequence.
Doing
The villains: Havoc, Chaos, Flashform, Surge and Kraniac are all represented via a graphic interpretation of their powers that ultimately forms and reveals the title: Villains of Valley View. A combination of great imagination, 3D modeling, awesome sound design and movement allowed us to create this unique opening sequence that sets the stage for each episode.
